Kevin B. Abrahamson, 54, died Monday, August 15, 2016, at his home in Milpitas, California.

A Memorial and Celebration Of Life service is scheduled at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday 17, 2016, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Borger, Texas. 

Kevin was born December 8, 1961 at Borger to Wayne and Susan (Allen) Abrahamson. He attended Borger schools and earned a Computer Science degree at WT-Canyon and an Electrical Engineering degree at the University of Texas-Arlington. He married Karen Xie in McKinney , Tx on February 18, 2000. Kevin worked as a software engineer in the Dallas area and in California.

Kevin had many interests including playing amateur ice hockey, snow skiing, boating, astronomy, electronics, hunting, shooting and other outdoor activities. He was active in Boy Scouts, earning the rank of Eagle Scout. Most of all, he enjoyed his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Karen and son Wyatt, of the home; his parents, Wayne and Susan Abrahamson of Borger; a sister Lynn Garrison and husband Clay of Fritch; a brother Brent Abrahamson and wife Kim of Borger; a niece and nephews and their families and many friends. 

The family suggests memorials be made to the Golden Spread Council, Boy Scouts of America, 401 Tascosa Rd, Amarillo, TX, 79124 or to a favorite charity.
